EGYPT, Alexandria. Domitian. AD 81-96. Æ Drachm (34.5mm, 23.09 g, 12h). Dated RY 15 (AD 95/6). Laureate head right / Domitian, holding scepter and raising hand, in biga drawn right by two centaurs; [L] IE (date) in exergue. Köln 412; Dattari (Savio) 454; K&G 24.237; RPC II 2724; Emmett 253.15 (R4). Brown patina, a few cleaning/smoothing scratches. Near VF. Very rare, as are all Alexandrian drachms of Domitian, with only six reverse types recorded by Emmett.
